Little to nothing in terms of training. Just fill out the paperwork and apply.

I travel to and from Southern California. My wife currently is living with my mother-in-law ( since my father-in-law passed, and mother-in-law is beginning to get dementia). That being said, my travels over the past few years are many, and my stays are for extended times. My question is whether I can take the proper classes, and qualify for a CCW for the state of Arizona? I’d like to be able to carry in Arizona, but do not want the many restrictions (family restaurants that serve alcohol ( especially since I do not drink ) or knowing where every school zone is, so I can drive around them, or state parks, etc. that come without having my CCW. I have a Ca. Drivers license & own a house in Ca., my wife and I will be inheriting the Arizona house, in the future, and are planning to make our residence permanent at that time. Would I be able to get a CCW, after qualifying in the state of Arizona, or not? Thank you for your time, and I am looking forward to your response.

Yes Fred. You do not need to be a resident of AZ to get an AZ permit.

Can I renew my license online, or do I need to go to a location that offers training classes, as I have already attended classes to get my permit? And where do I send the money for renewal?
